You may be wondering what you need to do to rent an apartment at Schilling Property Management. We have
provided detailed information that we feel may be helpful.
1. Call for availability or pick up a list of properties at the office located at 635 E. Walnut St. Showings
are from 11:00 am - 11:30 am - 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
2. Fill out an application. (We do not have an application fee)
3. Sign the lease.
Once your application has been approved, our office will notify you. At this time an appointment should
be made to sign your lease. The appointment usually takes 15 - 20 minutes.
What do I have to pay when I sign the lease?
1. Your deposit equal to one months rent is due when you sign the lease. We accept check, money order, cash
or Mastercard or Visa.
2. Thirty days from the day you sign the lease your last months rent payment will be due for the same amount
of one months rent.
3. A January prepayment will be due on July 1st. Of course then you do not need to pay January rent.
4. August 1 you will pay for 1/2 August and September. Your next payment will not be due until October 1.
5. $200 discount available if full years rent is paid by August 1, 2010.
We require a deposit, last months rent and first months rent BEFORE moving in, NO Exceptions!!
